In this role, you will be at the forefront of overseeing the IT Project Management Office, driving multiple large-scale construction and refurbishment projects. Your background in project management and emerging technologies will enable you to engage effectively with various Parliamentary stakeholders. The position promotes a balanced work-life with a full time commitment of 35 hours a week and numerous growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide large-scale projects to modernize Parliament’s infrastructure
• Prioritize and deliver results on concurrent initiatives




• Foster strong relationships through effective negotiation and leadership
• Analyze risks and ensure timely performance metrics
• Coach team members to elevate performance and capabilities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant post-secondary education
• Demonstrated project management expertise
• Knowledge of multimedia and IT security systems
• Experience in mentoring and team development
• Fluency in both English and French

Your leadership will enable the seamless integration of IT in Canada’s democracy.
