Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor of Education and a decade of experience in teaching grades 3 to 5. You will need a strong foundation in behavioral theories and a commitment to creating structured environments conducive to learning. Collaboration with teachers will be essential to implement tailored instructional strategies that enhance student well-being and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Model trauma-informed instructional methods for teachers
• Facilitate social-emotional skill development in the classroom
• Conduct training on effective classroom behavior management
• Work with school teams to develop behavior plans
• Analyze behavioral data to refine intervention strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education degree required
• Minimum of 10 years teaching experience
• Proficient in classroom management techniques
• Solid communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with evidence-based intervention practices
