About the Role As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of 12 engineers focused on building and scaling a full-stack product powered by speech-to-speech Large Language Models (LLMs). You will balance high-level technical guidance with people leadership, ensuring the team delivers high-impact AI solutions. Your role involves driving project execution, fostering qualified growth, and owning the delivery of complex frontend and backend systems. This is a critical leadership position responsible for translating cutting-edge technology into seamless customer experiences within a large-scale production environment.
What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of 12 engineers through regular career development, feedback, and performance management.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of frontend and backend systems utilizing speech-to-speech LLM technologies.




Partner with product and design teams to define the engineering roadmap and prioritize high-impact features.
Drive project execution by managing scoping, estimation, and agile sprint planning.
Provide technical oversight through architecture discussions, code reviews, and high-level decision-making.
Manage team growth by leading hiring initiatives, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Communicate technical progress, risks, and strategic trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
What You Bring Proven track record of shipping software products through the full development lifecycle.
Strong technical background in both frontend and backend development.
Proficiency in managing teams within an agile development environment.
Nice to Haves Experience scaling engineering teams during growth phases.
Familiarity with speech processing, natural language processing, or LLM integration.
Background in retail, e-commerce, or service-oriented industries.
Experience with specialized AI-driven communication tools.
