Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction
Robertson is seeking a skilled Application Marketing Specialist IV to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period
18months

Pay Rate
Starting form $48 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Translating business objectives and priorities into moments for experiences

Be the connective tissue between event content, creative, graphics, technology and logistics - bringing these workstreams together and with an understanding and a vision for how it all comes to life on stage

Coordinate and lead project team meetings to ensure scheduling, operational and production timelines and deliverables are met through the event project lifecycles

Build, manage and socialise technical run-of-show documents and production schedules

Be the glue between IT and AV teams to ensure to ensure execution excellence

Source and manage partnerships with external vendors and ensure that services are delivered in line with the statement of work and budget

Collaborate with Brand colleagues to ensure appropriate branding is represented at all events and incorporated into all experiences

Manage and reconcile program budgets

Production with an incredibly strong portfolio of delivered work in live events





Have strong experience managing global corporate events (either from a corporate or agency perspective)

Have advanced knowledge of end-to-end event production and project processes

You have the ability to pick up cues and connect the dots to anticipate and trouble shoot

You can hit the ground running, thrive in a high paced environment (office & onsite)

Have a high degree of emotional intelligence, be able to adapt quickly to change and a

capacity to stay calm under pressure in fast-paced workplace

Like to push boundaries and challenge expectations with unique creative solutions

Are outcome oriented and customer focused

Deadline driven with strong sense of accuracy and detail

Demonstrated capability to write detailed event briefs

Comfortable working with C-level executives, and managing unforeseen circumstances and stressful situations, such as challenges/disruptions with technology during events

Have a strategic mindset with the ability to forecast outcomes in a changing environment, and respond accordingly

Exhibit initiative as a self-starter – highly motivated, striving for continual improvement in both personal skills and production quality

Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships and interact with stakeholders at all levels





Experience & Qualification Requirements

University degree required

8 years of event experience required

Have experience in show calling, stage management and event operations for hybrid, virtual and in-person corporate audiences

Have experience in show calling, stage management and event operations for hybrid, virtual and in-person corporate audiences

Technical Event Production Expertise

Corporate Events Experience

Technical Show Flows & Run of Show Development

AV, Lighting, Video & Production Vendor Management

Experience with Emerging Event Technology

Creative & Brand Collaboration Experience

Budget & Vendor Management
