Reporting to the Director of Equipment Rental and Workforce Management, you will ensure the smooth operation of heavy machinery by conducting preventive maintenance and diagnosing issues. Your role requires analytical thinking and the ability to communicate effectively with planners about major repairs. Engage with equipment while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections
• Diagnose equipment mechanical and hydraulic issues




• Assess and manage component wear and replacements
• Provide detailed maintenance reports to planners
• Keep tools and workspace in optimal condition

Requirements:
• Vocational Diploma in Heavy Equipment Mechanics or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years similar work experience
• Willingness to travel for work across regions
• Valid CCQ Journeyman Certificate (preferred)
• Team-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills
