• Manage care for surgical patients and those with injuries

• Assist the Senior Charge Nurse in leadership tasks
• Contribute to staff development and team learning
Requirements:
• Valid NMC registration as an Adult Nurse
• Relevant experience as a Band 5 nurse or higher
• Robust organizational and clinical abilities
• Interest in advancing leadership skills in Orthopaedics
• Knowledge of multidiscipline teamwork is desirable
