Join the Sioux Lookout First Nations Health Authority as a Youth Development Promoter. This full-time position is aimed at engaging youth and enhancing community health initiatives in Sioux Lookout, Ontario.

With the goal of fostering youth wellbeing, you will actively promote awareness and develop self-determination in programming and services. Your role involves engaging with youth, building community capacity, and working closely with health leadership and program staff. Your creative input will help shape the future of youth development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish relationships with community health and youth staff
• Support community initiatives in local high schools
• Create and implement a social media strategy for youth




• Facilitate workshops and training for youth workers
• Build partnerships for community-based youth programming

Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or combination of education and experience
• Experience in youth programming and health issues
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Robust keyboarding skills and familiarity with tech
• Ability to travel and a valid Ontario Class G license
