Helical Pile Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst at our Calgary Quarry Park office. This pivotal role focuses on maintaining and enhancing our network and server infrastructure.

As the IT Infrastructure Analyst, you will play a critical role in the management and support of network services and cloud solutions. You will work under the Team Lead, focusing on ensuring stability and security within our infrastructure while providing necessary technical solutions. Your contributions will support both the company’s infrastructure and client services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage installation and maintenance of network devices and servers
• Provide secure network solutions for business units
• Support Microsoft 365 administration and user management




• Collaborate with IT teams on system changes and compliance
• Conduct regular infrastructure health reviews

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Proficiency in server management and cloud environments
• Solid skills in DNS, DHCP, and network security
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services
• Energetic, goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
