As part of the LHAP LHO OBS Float Pool, you will leverage your nursing expertise to deliver patient-centered care. This role requires participation in the healthcare team and maintaining nursing records, as well as cross-training in Labour and Delivery. Your skills in patient observation and teamwork will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize nursing processes to provide quality patient care
• Maintain records and document care accurately
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team
• Commit to safety protocols and in-service education
• Adapt to various unit needs including Labour and Delivery

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Completion or pursuit of Perinatal Course
• Current CPR and NRP certification
• Relevant acute care experience
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
