As a key member of the Commercial Portfolio Management team at EQ, your role will focus on maintaining management reports and facilitating mortgage processes. You will assist colleagues in daily operations while ensuring compliance with AML regulations. This position is hybrid, providing flexibility as you engage with clients and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the monthly reporting process for Construction Progress
• Assist in pricing quotes and follow up on loan conditions
• Handle mortgage renewals and other loan changes on PPlus




• Prepare detailed management reports for month-end
• Aid in the administration of construction loan advances

Requirements:
• OSSD diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• Experience in commercial mortgage administration (1-3 years)
• Strong MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage complex data and processes
