In this position, you will oversee program operations, ensuring effective scheduling and coordination alongside faculty and other departments. You will play a crucial role in enhancing Indigenous education offerings by gathering feedback and supporting career development activities focused on reconciliation. Your expertise will guide program improvements and community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all operational aspects of Indigenous Education programs
• Coordinate faculty onboarding and community-based program logistics
• Support the implementation of course reviews and evaluations
• Facilitate communication among faculty regarding program changes
• Drive initiatives related to Journeying to Reconciliation
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Indigenous Education or closely related area
• At least three years of relevant educational experience
• Proven respect in working with Indigenous peoples
• Experience in program coordination and curriculum development
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
