Responsibilities: Financial management and governance - you'll support business decisions by developing financial reports, support the control of project finances, and ensure company compliance from a finance perspective
Finance Business Partnering - you'll work with the wider Canadian cohort to support, cultivate and grow financial awareness and knowledge across the company and positively influence financial performance
Continuous improvement - you'll take a continuous improvement approach to all aspects of finance.
Requirements: 7-10 years experience in a Finance based role
5+ years proven experience of Financial Management in a small-medium sized company, ideally within the manufacturing or defence industry
Solid IT skills including ERP systems, MS Office and reporting tools, and excellent communication
Qualify for Controlled Goods and Reliability Clearance in Canada
