Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals based on set menus efficiently
• Ensure high food quality and stunning presentation
• Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

Requirements:
• Must hold a Food Handling Certificate
• Minimum three years’ experience in diverse dining settings
• Previous fine dining experience in hotels is preferred
• Flexibility for various working hours
• Strong commitment to culinary service quality
