In this role, you will take the lead on packaging development, from sourcing to execution, while ensuring both quality and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate with various departments, including Brand and Innovation, to drive the packaging strategy. Your strong background in sustainable practices will be crucial in advancing our pledge for environmentally conscious selections within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage packaging design and sourcing throughout its lifecycle
• Set up and enforce packaging standards and processes




• Handle vendor negotiations and relationship management
• Ensure compliance with packaging quality and sustainability
• Guide project management efforts across multiple internal teams

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in packaging design/development
• Proven experience in managing vendor and supplier relations
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements
• Strong project management and communication skills
