Your duties will include planning, evaluating nursing staff performance, and developing practical solutions for clinical challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement nursing services and policies
• Manage staff appraisals and address disciplinary actions




• Conduct daily rounds and monitor resident health
• Act as the DON's backup as needed
• Facilitate ongoing in-service training for staff

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in nurse management
• Must maintain State Board of Nursing requirements
• Excellent language and mathematical skills needed
• Familiarity with PCC software is preferred
