Key Responsibilities:
• Review and negotiate NDAs and commercial contracts
• Maintain contract templates and clause libraries




• Serve as a point of contact for compliance requests
• Manage client insurance requirements and coverage verification
• Develop internal policies and legal operational workflows

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; legal education preferred
• 3 to 7 years in legal operations or contract management
• Experience in reviewing commercial contracts
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and procurement processes
