As the Director, Event Technology I, you will engage collaboratively with venue partners to achieve financial targets and operational goals. You will oversee all aspects of event technology, ensuring timely equipment delivery and exceptional customer service. Your leadership will foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations including scheduling and equipment preparations
• Maximize revenue through strategic business development




• Manage finance reporting and monitor location P & L
• Prepare for and attend client meetings and presentations
• Facilitate team development and training initiatives

Requirements:
• High School Diploma mandatory; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of relevant audio visual experience
• 1+ years of management experience
• Knowledge of event cost structures
• Solid leadership and customer focus
