Key Responsibilities:
• Triage and assess client needs efficiently
• Complete histories and prepare exam rooms
• Deliver immunizations and health education




• Maintain inventory for medical supplies and resources
• Participate in team meetings and community health initiatives

Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario
• 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Understanding of resources for vulnerable populations
• Proficiency in MS Office and electronic health records
• Robust ability to maintain patient confidentiality
