Our Agents hold a stimulating and active role that directly contributes to the company’s performance.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the safety of people and premises.Act as the first responder in emergency situations.Detect shoplifting.Make arrests in collaboration with police authorities, in accordance with the law and Simons procedures.Write reports and produce identification cards for staff members.Desired ProfileBeing an empathetic, caring,
