The incumbent will support the preparation of accurate financial reports in accordance with local generally accepted accounting principles and TMG corporate policies, while delivering the TMG Vision and Entrepreneurial culture.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee the day‑to‑day coordination of Accounts PayableBank reconciliationsMonth end journal entries including foreign exchangeAudit and verify accuracy of general ledger codingInput and process wire payments, online bill payments, EFT payments, and account transfersAdministration of Spend DynamicsSupport month‑end and year‑end closing activities including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and working papersImplement and monitor cross functional business policies, procedures,



and internal controls while making recommendations for continuing improvementsResolve vendor invoice problems with PurchasingVerify the accuracy of Accounts Payable batch entryComplete full Accounts Payable cycle for invoicesField calls from and respond to vendor inquiries along with helping junior team members if unable to resolve themselvesCode, enter, and pay expense reportsReconciliation and processing of applicable credit cardsCoding and processing of all rent vendors and the associated services for each propertyFinancial reporting for the appropriate holding companiesSpend Dynamics AdministrationReallocating inventory costsRecurring transactions updatesProvide support and guidance to more junior team membersAssist the accounting team with other duties as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree or College diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related fieldProficiency in accounting softwareAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong understanding of accounting principles and practicesExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWe Look Forward to Hearing from You!We are committed to diversity and inclusion.
