and directly shaping leadership capability across the organization.About The PositionServes as a key HR partner to employees and people leaders across the businessAdvises managers on day‑to‑day people matters including performance, conduct, and employee developmentSupports resolution of workplace issues by assessing context and providing practical, balanced recommendationsWorks with internal stakeholders to deliver people‑focused initiatives that support business objectivesContributes to the ongoing development and improvement of HR policies, programs, and processesAssists with compensation‑related activities such as review cycles and market alignment supportParticipates in enhancing HR systems and tools to improve usability and effectivenessLeverages workforce data to identify patterns and support informed decision‑makingSupports planning activities related to workforce needs and organizational structureHelps build leadership capability through informal coaching and guidanceContributes to engagement and culture initiatives aimed at improving the employee experienceCollaborates across departments to ensure consistency and alignment in people practicesOperates effectively in a changing environment, balancing structure with flexibility and sound judgmentThe Requirements5+ years of experience in HR or People & Talent roles,



ideally in an advisory or business partner capacityDegree or diploma in Human ResourcesCPHR or pursuing is an assetComfortable applying HR practices and employment legislation in practical, real‑world situationsExperience working directly with leaders and influencing decision‑making through guidance and coachingStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organizationDemonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous situations and exercise sound, balanced judgmentExposure to compensation processes, frameworks, or total rewards programs considered an assetExperience contributing to HR program or policy development and continuous improvement initiativesAbility to interpret data and use insights to support people‑related decisionsCollaborative working style with a willingness to partner across multiple functions and teamsComfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting prioritiesHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling sensitive informationProficient with common workplace and HR systems, including Microsoft Office tools and HRIS platformsCompensationAnnual salary range $85,000 - $95,000 depending on experience3 weeks vacation + 9 personal days (inclusive of 5 sick days)Full health & dentalRSP matchingProfessional DevelopmentProfit sharingFlex time programFree parking; company vehicles available for personal and professional use#J-18808-Ljbffr
