Previous experience in appliance repair in the residential/commercial industry is a definite asset. The technician will perform field service consisting of adjusting, aligning, assembling, calibrating, inspecting, lubricating and testing commercial food prep/kitchen equipment. A strong electrical knowledge and the ability to read wiring diagrams, as well as valuable troubleshooting skills and mechanical knowledge, are assets.
