Job DescriptionLead the plan–do–check–act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager. Provide subject‑matter expertise on quality protocols and processes for assigned areas, ensuring conformance to corporate and local quality policies and SOPs and proactively addressing risks.How You Will ContributeSupport elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change‑management control (quality policy amendments, registration of internal and external documentation), internal audits, effective PDCA cycles, CAPA system management, and management review. and production colleagues to implement Lean Six Sigma tools for continuous improvement of product quality, defect reduction, complaint reduction, and scrap waste reduction.Maintain, review, and file quality and food safety paperwork on a daily basis in accordance with company guidelines.Investigate consumer complaints and trends.Facilitate quality discussions and training activities.Manage hold/release and non‑conformance procedures for finished product or raw/packaging materials.Lead quality incidents from investigation through remediation and closure of corrective and preventive actions.Participate in project teams for new equipment and infrastructure, working with Safety, Quality, and other departments.Contribute to the implementation of IL6S tools and systems, using Root Cause Analysis to eliminate losses.Prepare for and participate in internal and external quality audits in conjunction with the Process Quality Lead and Compliance Manager.Technical / Functional SkillsBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Regulatory Affairs or a related science field.2–5 years of experience in a related field.HACCP and PCQI training.SAP user skills are an asset.Experience with GFSI Standards (FSSC, SQF,

The position is eligible for a bonus program with a target of 8% and potential for overachievement.
