Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) system
- Serve food and drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and handling standards
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food safety protocols




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, with a solid understanding of serving procedure
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in hospitality or food service roles that demonstrate reliability and teamwork
