Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food handling and safety protocols
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills




- Engage with guests proactively, answer questions about menu items, recommend specials, and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant serving experience .familiarity with serving in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is desirable
- Robust knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food service experience that highlights your ability to serve with professionalism and enthusiasm
