Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Muffin Mixer #2 and Dough pump
• Maintain cleanliness in the mixing and scaling areas




• Follow the Mixing Schedule and Formula book
• Complete Pre-Operational checklist before shifts
• Report equipment issues to supervisors immediately

Requirements:
• Able to lift and handle 25 kg weights regularly
• Authorization for scissor lift and high reach operation
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of working in high-pressure environments
• Adherence to Valuable Manufacturing Practices at all times
