In this role, your primary focus will be delivering guided tours and educational programming to both individuals and groups in English and French. You will monitor guest interactions, ensure satisfaction, handle ticket sales, and assist with quality control across exhibits. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide engaging presentations and guided tours
• Greet visitors and communicate effectively in both languages
• Conduct cash and credit transactions accurately

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields
• Bilingual fluency in English and French
