In this full time role, you will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the construction industry, leading a team of 5-10 workers. Your duties will include estimating costs, coordinating activities with supervisors, and managing training for new hires. Mastery of blueprints will be essential, as is a personal commitment to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Estimate and requisition materials for projects
• Coordinate and schedule work activities
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site
• Manage and train team members effectively
• Compile and prepare production reports

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant construction experience
