Eagle Heart Centre seeks a Family Support Worker dedicated to enhancing family well-being and child safety. This role combines in-home services, advocacy, and teamwork to support families in need.

As a Family Support Worker, you will deliver hands-on assistance to children and families following Ministry of Social Services case plans. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that family interactions are supportive and culturally secure while managing documentation and integrating community resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support through supervised family time
• Advocate on behalf of families in need of assistance
• Promote safety and reunification according to case plans




• Work closely with Child Protection Workers to coordinate services
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting is completed

Requirements:
• High school diploma required; relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Familiarity with child protection legislation and policies
• Excellent communication skills for family engagement
• Organized and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification required
