Key Responsibilities:
• Process negotiation documents and correspondence accurately
• Coordinate materials for strike and ratification votes




• Maintain organized filing systems and follow-up schedules
• Respond to telephone inquiries and welcome visitors
• Arrange appointments and manage travel bookings

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience
• High school diploma with administrative training
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent spelling and grammatical skills
• Robust organizational and prioritization abilities
