You will work collaboratively with faculty and community stakeholders to foster program development, enhance student services, and ensure that offerings remain relevant to regional needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage program delivery and development initiatives
• Engage in community assessment for program relevance




• Coordinate with faculty on instructional practices
• Conduct recruitment and retention strategies for students
• Support a positive educational workplace for all stakeholders

Requirements:
• Relevant Master’s degree in Health and Human Services
• Three years’ experience in post-secondary education
• demonstrated ability to develop educational programs
• Familiarity with Indigenous and inclusive education practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
