Collaborating closely with Elders and the Regional Youth Services Manager, your initiatives will reflect community priorities and encourage participation. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote culturally relevant programming
• Work closely with community members and partners
• Collect feedback to refine initiatives
• Write reports and maintain program records

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Strong background in youth engagement and outreach
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Inuit culture and health issues
• Bilingualism in Inuktitut and English is an asset
