As Yee Hong prepares to launch the Ng Siu Chan Centre, we seek a dedicated Cook II to join our culinary team. This role focuses on quality food preparation, safety standards, and ensuring an appetizing dining experience. Your skills in institutional cooking and familiarity with Asian cuisine will be valuable in creating a meaningful mealtime atmosphere for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals according to guidelines
• Portion and serve food to residents efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas




• Monitor food stock and ensure accurate replenishment
• Comply with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Chef Training diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of institutional cooking experience
• Current Food Handler Safety Certificate
• Practical knowledge of sanitation standards
• Solid English communication skills
