Join Seaspan Shipyards as a Business Analyst II in Vancouver, focusing on system and process enhancements. This role is essential for efficiently aligning business objectives with technology solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate analysis, manage requirements, and streamline digital solutions that support shipbuilding. You will engage with cross-functional teams to assess process gaps and develop improvement strategies. This is a full time position that allows for a hybrid work arrangement after initial training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and document functional and integration requirements
• Develop user stories and business rules
• Perform impact assessments across systems and processes




• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Facilitate workshops for stakeholder engagement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years in business analysis or process improvement
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methods
• Proficiency with enterprise tools like Jira or ARIS
• Knowledge of engineering and shipbuilding industry preferred
