This is accomplished through collaboration with the patient, family, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.



The Social Worker MSW - Senior is responsible to develop a professional therapeutic working relationship with patients and families, including an understanding of the social work role, and SHA philosophy, objectives, and policies. The Social Worker MSW - Senior utilizes a range of interventional skills from a number of theoretical models and focuses on direct patient care.
