Account Manager, HVAC – OverviewAs the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC and residential appliance parts, we work differently and consider our team a chosen family. We prioritize safety, integrity, and a positive culture.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a national HVAC customer portfolio for recent and existing customers, focusing on achieving monthly and yearly revenue objectives.Identify opportunities to expand wallet share within existing HVAC accounts and actively prospect net new HVAC business.Qualify leads, produce high‑quality sales opportunities, and maintain awareness of HVAC industry trends, competitors, and distribution dynamics.Resolve issues or concerns promptly and professionally.Review down‑trending accounts, develop action plans to address challenges, and manage profitability through pricing negotiations.Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on sales activity and progress.Complete competitive market assessments and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present to customers, identifying business opportunities and developing growth plans.Identify opportunities for digital transaction conversion and promote Parts Town capabilities.Collaborate with the sales team to build pipeline, close deals, and interact with senior management on strategy updates.QualificationsPost‑graduate degree or diploma in business, marketing, HVAC,
