This position, based in AGLC's Regulatory Services Division, involves compliance inspections and detailed investigations within licensed facilities. Your role will include monitoring adherence to the Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Act while providing training to licensees. This requires excellent communication and judgement skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough inspections of licensed establishments • Investigate non-compliance issues and complaints • Educate licensees on regulatory requirements • Liaise with public and regulatory agencies • Ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements: • Post-secondary diploma in relevant field • Minimum of 2 years inspecting or investigative experience • Experience with report writing • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings • Possession of a valid driver’s license
