As part of Dillon's Civil Infrastructure Technical Group, you will lead major projects for municipal clients. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive Asset Management plans and engaging with community stakeholders. With a proven track record in consulting, your role will require innovative problem-solving and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of extensive Asset Management plans
• Identify market opportunities for business growth
• Act as a trusted advisor to municipal clients




• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams effectively
• Facilitate community workshops and presentations

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related area
• Licensed Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• 8–10 years in municipal infrastructure experience
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• Deep knowledge of municipal asset lifecycle management
