Become an integral part of IWK Health as an Administrative Assistant III in Dartmouth, dedicated to Community Mental Health services. Contribute your organizational prowess to support clinicians and clients alike.

In this full time position, you will oversee the administrative logistics of parenting and treatment groups, facilitating effective communication and resource management. Your experience in administrative roles, particularly within healthcare, will enable you to thrive in a supportive and diverse workplace committed to equity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain contact with clinicians to facilitate referrals
• Organize client group logistics, including room arrangements
• Develop and share educational materials with team members




• Conduct confirmations and follow-up calls for attendees
• Keep a detailed database for group activities

Requirements:
• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Completion of an Office Administration Program required
• At least one year of administrative experience in a health setting
• Proven expertise in MS Office software, notably Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
