Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will perform welding tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring high standards. Your role will involve fabricating metal components, adhering to blueprints, and maintaining an organized workspace to meet quality and time management expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and follow blueprints and engineering drawings
• Accurately weld multiple parts to specifications
• Ensure optimal equipment setup for various materials
• Operate a preprogrammed welding robot as needed
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
• High School Diploma is preferred
• Must pass an internal weld test
• Must be able to read blueprints fluently
• Ability to lift 50lbs with assistance
• Highly organized and proactive mindset
