As a pivotal member of the PowerCo Logistics team, you will oversee packaging design for incoming and finished goods. Your collaboration with various teams, including Engineering and Procurement, will ensure all packaging meets stringent HSE requirements. You will also lead efforts for continuous improvement in sustainable packaging practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design universal and special containers for production
• Ensure compliance with battery-specific packaging standards
• Partner with Procurement for supplier evaluations
• Drive testing and validation of new packaging
• Oversee logistics alignment for packaging projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• 3-5 years experience in packaging planning
• Skilled in CAD and container lifecycle management
• Solid problem-solving and communication abilities
• Capability to endure physical job demands
