Join Shared Health as a Mental Health Clinician focused on intake and assessment in Winnipeg. This position combines crisis intervention and team-oriented support for individuals experiencing mental health challenges while working in person.

You will report directly to the Manager of Health Services, providing crucial contact for individuals and families in need of mental health and addictions services. A key part of this role involves developing relationships with callers, assessing risk, and guiding them toward appropriate services. This role requires 4-5 years of relevant clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as initial contact for mental health service inquiries
• Assess client needs and triage effectively




• Provide crisis intervention as necessary
• Work collaboratively with referral sources
• Maintain knowledge of local mental health resources

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a health-related field
• 4-5 years’ experience in mental health settings
• Membership in a relevant regulatory body
• Experience with diverse populations
• Flexibility in working hours required
