Become a vital part of YWCA Toronto as a Part Time EarlyON Teen Mothers Educator based in Scarborough, ON, dedicated to early childhood education. This role involves fostering healthy development for children while supporting new mothers.

Your work will focus on executing the EarlyON program objectives while creating a welcoming atmosphere for children aged 0 to 6. You’ll help implement educational routines, maintain organization in play settings, and address individual children’s needs. The role also involves supervising volunteers and ensuring compliance with health guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish appropriate routines for children
• Work closely with parents and children in groups
• Maintain an orderly play setting
• Organize the Centre for interactive sessions
• Manage supplies and volunteer oversight

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Diploma or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with children ages 0 to 6
• Excellent communication abilities
• First Aid certification
• Multilingual capabilities are an asset
