This full-time contract, starting September 9, 2026, focuses on supporting youth aged 12-17 from diverse backgrounds. You will work in partnership with schools to transition students back into their academic environment. Your role involves creating supportive workshops, assisting with school assignments, and building strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective strategies for workshop facilitation
• Engage youth in one-on-one support sessions
• Ensure students stay on track with schoolwork




• Communicate objectives with schools and caregivers
• Monitor and support re-engagement in the classroom

Requirements:
• Proven experience with youth support and engagement
• Relevant post-secondary education in child or youth work
• Excellent facilitation and communication capabilities
• Adaptability and solid interpersonal skills
• Access to reliable transportation for regional travel
