Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and assist in behavior management programs
• Collaborate with teachers and agencies for student support
• Conduct one-on-one sessions to reinforce behavior plans
• Organize recreational and educational programs for students
• Provide guidance on social skills and responsible behavior

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or similar field
• Minimum one year experience in child behavioral support
• Current valid B.C. Class 5 driver's license
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Capable of managing crisis situations
