In this contract position, you will report to the Laboratory Supervisor, ensuring daily analyses meet Fort Hills Laboratory standards. Key responsibilities include calibrating equipment, managing sample logistics, and using the LIMS system for results entry. Your analytical skills and adherence to quality standards will directly impact laboratory efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe completion of all laboratory work
• Log and prepare samples in the LIMS system
• Deliver reliable analysis results promptly




• Conduct equipment setup, maintenance, and QA testing
• Maintain a clean and compliant laboratory environment

Requirements:
• Two-year Chemical Technology diploma or B.Sc. in Chemistry
• Over 2 years in a quality control laboratory
• Knowledge of ASTM, UOP, CGSB analysis methods
• Experience with LIMS systems is an asset
• Solid organizational skills and teamwork mindset
