Become a Best Interest Assessor in adult safeguarding, ensuring high standards of care and safety for individuals at risk. Work collaboratively with service users, families, and professionals.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a wide-ranging caseload, making safeguarding inquiries in line with the Care Act 2014, and acting in adherence to MCA/DoLS guidelines. Your leadership will be vital in promoting well-being while enabling safe decision making. You'll work with multiple stakeholders to identify risks and develop supportive strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and manage safeguarding adults inquiries and assessments
• Lead on strategy meetings and discussions with partners
• Ensure compliance with legal and policy frameworks




• Advocate for service users’ best interests and choices
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential case documentation

Requirements:
• Experience in safeguarding adults or related domains
• Familiarity with the Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to handle sensitive and high-risk situations
• Awareness of healthcare support worker standards
