As a key player in senior programming, you'll work under the direction of the Manager of Seniors Programs. This role entails developing and implementing educational and recreational activities that strengthen connections within the senior population. You'll also assist with community outreach to ensure seniors access necessary services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize engaging programs to reduce isolation
• Facilitate leadership opportunities and volunteer recruitment
• Serve as a resource for seniors and their families




• Document program statistics and budget adherence
• Foster regular communication with stakeholders and volunteers

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years working with seniors in non-profits
• Experience with program planning and execution
• Understanding of cultural sensitivity in programming
• First Aid certification is a plus
