As a key member of the Whistler Blackcomb Snow School leadership, you will assist the Snow School Manager with daily operations and objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily operation management for the Snow School
• Facilitate instructor training and curriculum development
• Ensure administrative tasks like scheduling and payroll are met




• Monitor and track instructor performance for feedback
• Collaborate with other departments on school operations

Requirements:
• Current PSIC/CASI/CSIA certification required
• Minimum 3-5 years of ski/snowboard instruction
• 1 year supervisory experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
