We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Controller to manage accounting operations. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will ensure integrity in financial reporting, oversee month-end and year-end processes, and develop policies to strengthen internal controls. Your analytical skills will help streamline financial reporting and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the accounting function and team
• Ensure accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes effectively




• Develop internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial forecasting

Requirements:
• 5+ years of accounting and finance experience
• CPA designation is required
• Strong understanding of IFRS and ASPE
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
• Experience in budgeting and cash flow management
